The Company owned and operated more than 2,800 wells and nearly 2,200 miles of gas gathering lines in the basin. PostRock filed Chapter 11 on April 1, 2016.
Fiberspar was a leading manufacturer and supplier of advanced spoolable fiber-reinforced composite pipe for oilfield applications. Fiberspar provides some of the largest-diameter and highest-pressure-rated products in the industry. Fiberspar’s primary product line, marketed as LinePipe, is used by crude oil and natural gas producers in surface applications that benefit from the product’s rapid installation process and corrosion-resistance capabilities. Fiberspar’s LinePipe has multiple oilfield applications, including infield gathering systems and existing flowline remediation. The Company was acquired by National Oilwell Varco (NYSE: NOV) in October 2012.
Accelerated was a leading supplier of artificial lift and fluid handling solutions to oil and gas production markets. Headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, Accelerated’s core offerings included electric submersible pumps (“ESP”), hydraulic jet pump systems, gas lift systems, surface pumping and modular process systems for filtration, separation, heating and other fluid handling operations. The Company was acquired by Dover (NYSE: DOV) in October 2014.
Sharewell was a provider of directional drilling services, equipment and personnel used in drilling horizontal and directional wells throughout the U.S. and Canada. The Company owned a patented electromagnetic telemetry (EM) measurement-while-drilling (MWD) system. Sharewell used this EM MWD system to provide directional drilling services in addition to selling and renting it to third-party directional service companies. The Company was headquartered in Houston. The Company was liquidated in May 2015.
Shores Lift Solutions
Shores Lift was a provider of pump jacks and sucker rods to oil and gas producers. The Company designed its pump jacks and sold the units through a network of installation and service providers in the U.S. In addition, Shores Lift was, at the time of its sale, the largest authorized manufacturer representative in the U.S. for Tenaris sucker rods. The Company also provided installation and aftermarket services. The Company was acquired by Schlumberger (NYSE: SLB) in September 2013.
Emerald was an independent exploration and production company focused on acquiring acreage and developing wells in the Williston Basin of North Dakota and Montana, targeting the Bakken and Three Forks shale oil formations. Emerald was based in Denver. Emerald filed Chapter 11 on March 23, 2016.

Legacy offers engineered measurement, production and process equipment to the oil and gas industry from wellhead through midstream and transmission. The Company is headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas.
Flogistix is a leading provider of production optimization solutions to the domestic onshore oil and gas industry. The Company manufactures a large range of gas engine and electric driven compressors and fluid pump systems and maintains a compressor rental fleet in excess of 2,100 units located throughout eight producing states. Flogistix’s equipment and services are used to improve production rates, extend the useful life of a well, and increase proven reserves, as well as to reduce emissions and capture valuable vapors that would otherwise be vented or flared. The Company is headquartered in Oklahoma City.
Patriot Well Solutions
Patriot is a newly-formed company that will provide a comprehensive suite of cased-hole wireline services to its customers including well perforation, logging and well evaluation, intervention, fishing and other maintenance services. Headquartered in Denver, the Company is initially focused in the Rocky Mountain region. It intends to expand over time to serve other basins across the U.S.
Riverside Energy Holdings, headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, is the largest producer of natural gas in the Antrim Shale. The Company was formed and acquired its assets, which consist of more than 2,800 wells over 312,000 net acres, from Chevron in April 2016.
RockPile Energy Services is a growth oriented oilfield services company providing engineered completions solutions to oil and gas exploration and production companies primarily in the Williston and Permian Basins. RockPile’s unique suite of capabilities and technologies deliver improved well economics to clients operating in the most challenging basins in North America. The Company’s service offerings include hydraulic fracturing, cased hole wireline, ancillary pump services, advanced completions logistics solutions, and workover rig services.
