Alexander P. Lynch


Prior to joining White Deer, Mr. Lynch served as Global Chairman – Investment Banking for J.P. Morgan. In this role, he was responsible for managing a number of global and regional client relationships and working closely with product and geographic partners around the world providing advice and solutions to clients. He also held the title of Chairman of the North American Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Prior thereto, Mr. Lynch was a General Partner of The Beacon Group, a private investment and strategic advisory firm which was acquired by J.P. Morgan in 2000. From 1991 until its merger with Beacon Group in 1997, Mr. Lynch served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-President of the Bridgeford Group, a financial advisory firm with a principal focus on providing mergers and acquisitions advice and services.

Mr. Lynch began his career at Lehman Brothers in 1976 where he was a Managing Director until 1991. Mr. Lynch has served on five NYSE-listed public company Boards, including Patina Oil & Gas Corporation and Range Resources Corporation. He formerly served as a Trustee of Trinity College (Hartford, CT) and currently serves on the Board of St. Andrew’s School (Middletown, DE). Mr. Lynch holds an MBA in Finance from Wharton School and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
